TERMS of Business

All our general terms of business can be found on our Salon Pricelist.

All treatments are fully insured by BABTAC, and all NEW Clients are required to complete fully a Client Record Card before treatment commences.

Generally, advanced booking of treatments are required, although we will try and accommodate emergency treatments, particularly those muscle related injuries.

Regretfully late arrivals may result in reduced treatment times.

Amber H&B reserves the right to decline or not to administer any treatment, especially if it is not in the Clients best interest.  Sorry gentlemen, NO S & C – only up to the speedo Line, neither do we do “Extras”. All treatments are carried out in closed treatment rooms and are very confidential. Some can be very painful, especially some of the Sports Injury treatments. Men and Women (and Others) are catered for, as well as Children (under 16), provided we have either the written consent of the Parent, or the Parent is present – preferred.

It may be necessary to photograph certain treatment area’s, these will be treated in full confidentiality.

We would like Clients to switch off mobile phones (put on Aircraft Silent).  WiFi is available if requested.

We can accommodate small children, but they remain the parents responsibility.

A 50% deposit may be requested from new Customers or for expensive, time consuming treatments.

In case of CANCELLATION, please give us 24 hr notice.  We do send out reminder text / email so there should be no real excuse. Late cancellation may result in a 50% charge, as we have reserved that time for YOU.

Payment

We are happy to take cash (£Sterling or Euro notes), Cheques, Credit Cards (most types – Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and soon, via PayPal.  We have been known to take Chickens – we can be flexible.

Please Note: In compliance with Creditcard regulations, We do not store Credit Card details, nor do we share Customer Details with any 3rd Parties.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Generally all treatments are paid for upon completion.  Where advance payments are made, via Credit Card or PayPal, a full refund will be available – see below, less any salon Out of Pocket expenses e.g. Specific Products purchased, etc. Provided advanced notification of cancellation is given.

In the event of PRODUCT complaint, or PRODUCT recall. Please return the PRODUCT and a full refund will be given – 100% guaranteed.

Treatment or Product Gift Vouchers do have a life up to a maximum of 12 months, so early redemption would be appreciated. Sorry, No refund after 12 months.

Advance payment by Credit Card or PayPal can be refunded in line with the range of treatments taken, should it be necessary to cancel a series (by either party) due to un-forseen circumstances e.g. illness, moving away,pregnancy, etc. A nominal 10% administration charge may be necessary if Special Product involved.

PLEASE NOTE

We wish to act fairly to all our Clients in these difficult times.
We would greatly appreciate your co-operation in giving a minimum of 24 hours notice, should you need to cancel or re-arrange an appointment or pre-payment refund.  Please help us to help you.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are subject to a 50% charge for treatments pre-booked, as AH&B has reserved that time slot especially for you. We now also send out reminders 24/36 hours in advance so there is really no excuse for not giving the requested 24 hrs notice.

If you have to cancel and fail to notify AH&B, then the full cost of your treatment is due.
Pre-booked courses of treatment, where there is a “missed appointment”, this will unfortunately, have to be deducted from the total treatment package.
